Pet Barn offers a huge range of pet products and can also organise delivery for you. They are exceptionally kind and supportive of pet-related issues and they also rehome some shelter animals (that can be very hard to resist) They even sent flowers to my sister after her elderly kitty passed away!
Every time I decide to give them another go, I'm always disappointed! If an item is on sale, there is NEVER any in stock, staffs who work there seem to not have a clue about animals, I've been charged the wrong price twice now and also noticed they are more expensive than other Pet shop store in anything to do with Cats!! Not shopping there anymore!!
Never taking them back. Booked my pup in for a wash/dry/brush. When I got there they only charged me for a wash and dry, but said they would still try to brush out the hair. Now the I cant let the dog in the house until I find her brush to do it myself. They cant keep track of what they booked. Poor pup has chunks on hair flying everywhere.
