Personally went in to PetBarn yesterday to book my dog in for a wash and towel dry yesterday, turned up today and my dog was not in the system. Was asked with very rude attitude whether I had booked them in or not and then finally the SA discovered a handwritten piece of paper with the details on it on the desk. No Apology.
Out of nowhere get another SA who starts running their hands all over the dog and looks at me as though I have something wrong with me. Tells me the dog is a bit matted. DO YOU THINK?????????????????? Asks me if I just want a wash and towel dry, as though this is the stupidest thing in the world, then tells me for an extra $5 I can get a blow dry for the dog because if I don't blow-dry the dog her hair will get more ...read more
I have been taking my 1year old poodle to them to get groomed for the pass year now and have always been happy with the cuts and service until the last time we took him there. When we returned to pick him up the staff there said it will be $70...$10 more than it usually is. We asked why this price had changed and they said because your dog was weeing everywhere which is very out of character for him as the has been toilet trained since the day we got him. We brought this up to them and they seem as if they didn't care. The first thing that came to mind is that they had done something to scare him to act like this as it is out of character. We then asked can we pay $60 and we will keep coming back to you as we have always been happy and we think he has been scared by you or $70 and we will not bring him back again, the staff said $70....which is very unprofessional and rude.
