Never again they are useless, nothing like paying big money for a service and the car breaks down due to what they did, do yourself a favour and go somewhere else

Very bad customer service. Service department call answering is very poor in customer service . Also I have done VIP cleaning & polishing to my 4wd. It also same . I have cleaned polish marks more than one hour. Also not washed properly. Seems to me no one supervise .
This is my 3rd visit & no more going.

Purchased my Forester from them. Foolishly I purchased their Mechanical Protection Plan - Premium. A year later on my one of the windows motor goes dead. Get a quote for $800 to get it fixed. Show them my mechanical protection plan but the service center says that they dont have that information. Asks me to go back to the sales person who sold me the car to update it from his end - come one, its more than year since I've purchased my car - how can i remember who the sales rep was. Unpleasant business to deal with! Sales staff was pushy and tried to intimidate us during purchase. We thought it was only a once off thing and decided to go ahead with the deal given they are local. We were wrong. Picking up experience was also very poor. The sales management did not bother to go through the features of the car with us. The car was delivered with marks on the centre console, the new number plates were damaged, the rego sticker had not been put on and the headlight covers had some parts missing. The sales people were rude, unapologetic and they showed attitude when we proceeded to check everything else was fine with the car. First service finally came and we booked our much loved Toyota, thinking we were in good hands with their service department.
