I asked Peter if his contractor took photos of his completed job to support his work,
No he said.
I would not waste my time writing a review of a company
The renovations were complete when the insulation was installed,
You were given 3 opportunities to come and inspect the work done by your contractor, you promised to come twice and never show up!
As previously advised stay away from this company.

I used this company after completing my research to install insualtion to my home. The work completed by his contractor Jony was terrible, the insualtion looked like it has just been thrown into my roof space, there was no duty of care and it wasn't installed properly.
I rang Peter to express my concerns with the job completed, he abused me. I advised him I have photos to back up my claim, he asked me to email them to him which i did, he then promised via email that he would come and inspect the work perfomed, he never showed up. I received a call from his contrator Jony who hung up on me when I wouldn't be bullied by him.
I have lodged a hearing with VCAT, as I refuse to be ripped off.
We wish to dispute this review. The installer had installed the batts correctly and neatly. The home was undergoing renovations that were not finshed when we put in the insulation so other tradesmen almost certainly went into the roof space. We offered to inspect the job and if it was our fault we would fix it, if the batts that appeared to be "thrown" in were actually moved by another person then the cost of re-laying the batts would be charged to the owner. Photos provided by the home owner support that the batts were dislodged by other people and not replaced as they had been found. Part of the home was insulated very neatly - so why would an installer just pick one are and throw the batts in. Peter Gerster Insulation
