Don’t buy here! Worst experience ever. Toyota’s are good cars, these guys are bad dealers.

Be careful when dealing with this lot. The salesmen are all smiles and helpful while you are signing the contract but when things go a little wrong and you need to alter some aspect of the order they show their true collars and they can be quite brutal and you are left feeling like humiliated.

I also give them 0 stars. Rang to enquire about a car and got a call back by staff who was so rude. Staff asked me a question but never let me finish my answer and just interrupted. Maybe because I'm a female car buyer and staff thought I didn't know squat. Which is probably true, but that doesn't give them the right to talk to me the way they did. I will never go there and would not recommend that dealer to anyone. You have been warned

I actually rate them with zero stars. Signed a contract to buy a new car and trade in my old car. 4 days later I go and pick it up, after a lengthy process of going through signing over keys etc I'm taken to finance dept to hand over cheque. After cheque is handed over they then inform me they will not take my car as trade in for such n such reasons, so unless I pay the difference I cannot take my new car home. Needless to say consumer affairs and the ombudsman have been notified.
