Peter Roberts Honda

I have recently purchased a new HONDA CRV from Peter Roberts Honda and found the sales staff friendly and straight forward to deal with, they forfilled everything they promised as part of the deal and I am very happy! I have since had the car service there and again no complaints!!! Courteous, polite and at a fair price. Even lent me a car while mine was being serviced and washed and vacuumed my car free of charge!! WhichI did not expect!.

I had the totally opposite experience was treated like royalty and like I was the most important person in the world. All staff were lovely and granted didn't get the same trade in price as had been offered at others I feel the deal of the vehicle I got balanced it out. My very first time with Honda and was very happy and wouldn't hesitate in recommending them. Follow up treatment with questions about service and car have all been dealt with in a more than friendly manner.

My husband and I went to inspect a used car at this dealership on a Saturday morning in January 2014. We had a trade in and were initially told we would be able to get $2,000 for our old car. We had SIGNED PAPERWORK for our trade in and purchase of a new used car, which was only subject to a mechanic's inspection.

This soon changed once management had their say on Monday saying that our car was not worth $2000 and they would only give us $1,500. After visiting the dealership to speak with management we walked away from the entire deal with a less than pleasant taste in our mouths.
