Peter installed the garage door on our house before we moved in, so we called him recently when it failed. $180 later the door worked again then a couple of weeks later it came free of the side rails and unfoiled onto the top of our car. It took 5 weeks to get Peter back after constant badgering to which he commented, 'I can't see how this is my problem'. Door and remote have just failed again, won't be bothering to call this bloke... even for a laugh.
I have never experienced such poor customer service!! Peter installed remote controls for our garage doors and after a few months 1 garage remote simply stopped working. After calling Peter about issue and asking about the statutory warrenty he responded in the most adverting and arrogant manner it's not his problem. He expressed no empathy to the situation and he displayed such a disgraceful and unprofessional attitude towards his customers it needs to be forewarned to others. Definitely not the way to run any business. We tried to call him again on several occations to understand the situation and help resolve the issue but he simply did not bother to answer his phone or respond to left voice messages. Do yourself and a big favor a source help elsewhere! Most displeased with the whole experience!
