When you are the owner of a longer foot, there isn't a lot of choice, I'm often just happy to find a shoe that fits. Peter Shepherd makes the process of buying shoes that fit a pleasant experience. Beautiful styles from Europe and the USA, and their own PS label, they know we are not all dainty girls like Cinderella. However, they also cater for small feet, narrow feet, wide feet, and for people who must wear orthotics. They send you a catalogue in the post twice a year, and they have a website and mail order service. Very glam shop in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane, many of the staff have been loyally working there for many years. It really is old fashioned service coupled with modern technology, much to recommend. Happy.

friendly staff only when you 1st walk in & buy. Try to layby & see what happens. Horrible staff in layby section. Try the shoes more than once & they will hate you..........I doubt most of the shoes are italian leather & italian made. Extremely overpriced !!!!!!!!!

Unlike other shoe stores, you get nothing in retun even if you spent thousands of $$$$$$$ and come back to this store, the staff don't even smile at you.these people have No feelings. I hate the place.
