Inexperienced plumbers that couldn't even drill a hole and damaged the bricks on the out side of the house from not drilling right. Bad customer service. he called up and arranged time for peter to see what they did but didn't turn up at agreed time

Great prompt service when our HWS decided to stop working. Very competitive quote and prompt service. Very happy - would thoroughly recommend.

Great Sales pitches and "personal testimonials" of their own products, dodgy execution of work resulting in failure of product, causing extensive damage to property requiring repairs by a 3rd party.
Any mention of liability resulted in absolute denial, blaming everything and everyone else, and having to pay $$$ for their mistake's.
Evidence/Photo's dont lie.
Perhaps next time when their product is involved in an incident, a little bit of compassion might make all the difference (customer service).

Service was good they attend to to problem straight away n fixed it..The only problem was I was misinformed about their charges..
I ask on their hourly rate a was told by Peter stannard it was $123hr for first hr n $109hr after that..when I received the invoice it was charged at $135 for half hr n $90 for hr after plus $90 for them to use their tools..so just becareful make sure this doesn't happen to u guys

We have been a customer for years and have always been looked after. Their staff are very professional and we have never been able to fault the services provided. We have used them for both plumbing and air con issues we have had. I would highly recommend their services.
