Peter Stevens Motorcycles

I rang Peter Stevens twice in Adelaide to ask about a new battery and some oil for my bike but they didn't answer! I rang the next day and the same thing happened ! When you ring you have the option of Harley Heaven or the shop across the road. I rang again and pressed the option of Harley Heaven and told the receptionist what happened and she said she will put me through. Still no answer! I bloke came on the line and took my details and said he would get them to ring me back. Three hours later I am still waiting!! If this is the way they treat their customers I will take my buisness somewhere else!!

I have not been in Peter Stevens for a while but had an idea to buy new gloves for a friend as a Christmas present. Such a big range of motorcycle accessories and gear here, I ended up buying the gloves I had seen online as well as new gloves for myself too – and with a small Christmas discount included! :)

i would like to say that my first impression about peter stevens motorcycles was very good but now i'm not to sure about that. i mean my bike had problems right after the first service i had so i brought it back and told the guys there what was going on with the bike so they pulled it apart and addmitted that they did put one of the screws or wasser 180 degres up side down and that it would be fixed with in about three weeks...... which is pretty long just for a screw or wasser.. now it's been over a month and i still havent got my bike back and ever time i call up to see how its going it's always we don't have the time we don't have the parts or some kind of excuss and i'm just wondering how many other people are treted like this... and i still have no idea when i'm going to get my bike back either and when i do get my bike back this would the last time i do any dealings with peter stevens motorcycles ... so some advice to p.s you guys got good friendly service and all but ...read more

The number one motorcycle store in Adelaide, the service is always friendly and they offer expert advice. They stock a huge range of bikes both new and used, along with a huge range of clothing and accessories. They even have a discount store across the road which is always worth a look!
