Went in to see and test a new Hyundai i20 auto in late Dec '12. No autos in stock and was told I would be contacted within the next couple of weeks when more stock came in. All my details recorded to contact. Now mid April and still waiting. Stuff it, I bought a new Kia Rio instead.
Purchasing my car was a great experience but the after sales cosulting was appauling. And the warranty I purchased was not worth the money I spent on it, no one wanted to take claim to the problems in which I occured and getting assistance and guidance was next to none. Not confident in purchasing through a dealer like this again. I wish I knew feedback like this before I spent $30,000 on a car.
