Phones up regarding gnawing noises we had started to hear in our lounge room wall. Spoke to a nice person but unfortunately never received a call back (as promised). Disappointing experience, would not call again. Fortunately for us the noises have stopped and whatever it was has moved on.
Sorry you did not hear back. We always try to follow up and log call details in a database unless its just advice; but please call again if noises restart. Noises you describe can be rats or possums and since possums eat rat bait and die, its important to work out which animal is there.
I contacted Peter the Possum & Bird Man after Possum Busters refused to honour their 12 month warranty for supposedly possum proofing my house. A possum had gained entry into the roof cavity and unfortunately died. Then came the smell, flies and maggots. Matt from Peter the Possum Man arrived quickly and rectified all the problems, including the removal of the dead possum and then properly possum/rat proofing my whole house, finding many access points missed by the previous company. He was both friendly and professional in his work. I feel confident that I'll have no more problems, but even if I do I know that I will be able to count on Peter the Possum & Bird Man to honour their warranty.
