I Just want to Complain about the poor quality of service I recieve from a Mechanic In Bayswater. Unit 4/15 King street to be precise. The Guys name is Steve. When I first took my car in it was to do with the car immobioliser. Then not even a day after that we we kept having Problems with the car stalling and cutting it engine out mid trip. So taking it back to the same place we said to him that Its either a problem with the Thermostat Sensor or the Catalystic Converter. Now I have done only electronics engineering. But this clearly was not an ECU fault. So after a week stuff around with him changing ECU and losing our immobiliser. And work i could get to. It came down to the....you guessed it The Catalytic converter. And the Job wasn't even finished. Nothing has been put back in place,. Absoultely horrible customer service avoid him like the plague
