Petite Saigon Restaurant

I have been many times to Petite Saigon and really enjoy the food. The atmosphere is that of a no-frills family take-away and the staff is friendly. You can eat in or take-away. It's good value and some dishes are delightful, such as the crispy chicken.

Terrible service. We ordered a delivery that didn't come with the sauce for rice paper rolls. I immediately rang back and spoke to a woman who said they guy who does deliveries is out at the moment but she will tell him when he comes back. She took my name, address, and order details. Half an hour later I rang again and she said he was still on delivery, and requested my details again. I told her she already had them, and she told me, "They're on a piece of paper in another room." FORTY minutes later I ring AGAIN and speak to the same man who delivered the order in the first place, over an hour ago. He tells me he'll be able to deliver the sauce in a little while when a few other orders are ready, or he can come around on Tuesday night (this is a Sunday night we're talking about). Wonderful delicious food. Well presented and very clean restaurant. Much try the stuffed eggplant dish-yummy!
