I had spent approximately $600 on an order for my pup who was due to arrive 12 days later. I didn't hear anything from them for a week so I phoned a week after I had placed the order and was told that due to the size of the order, Petology was sourcing stock and it would be sent later that day and I would receive a "freebie" due to the delay. Upon checking my emails, I found a refund credit for 3 items without anyone phoning to explain, and was told that the first shipment was sent as Petology were waiting on the rest of the order. I was also told the parcel would be there by Thursday, Friday at the latest (12 days after placing the order and the day my puppy arrived). Thursday and Friday came around, my puppy arrived and I had to purchase another shampoo as I was waiting on the parcel from petology and had nothing to bathe her with.
