Greedy company! They doubled up the premium of my lovely dog within two years while he is just 2 years of age and in good conditions, every year 50% increase!

I have undertaken my own research of the top 10 insurers and as a result my final choice was well worth it, Pet plan is so affordable, catering to both you and your pooches needs with the turnaround time of your claim depending on the information that you provide can be a matter of a few days.

Dear PetPlan,

After being a loyal customer for 6 1/2 years I was disappointed to learn that you treat loyal customers this way.

Declining my first and only claim, due to a credit card issue and expecting the customer to want to join you as a customer again, you're kidding!

Make an effort to work with your customers to solve problems not stuff them by point blank declining a claim and then offering for us to join again! I think not.

Having read through your T's & C's you were completely capable of reinstating our insurance at your discretion - this was even confirmed by one of your staff members on the phone!

Just goes to show that customer loyalty means nothing to Petplan.
