Terrible food! First time we ate here my steak was cooked incorrectly TWICE, I was made to feel in the wrong, and told it was because of the extra Christmas trade in the restaurant...(a term I use loosely!) I was given a voucher to use again. We went back to use voucher 2 weeks ago, and that experience was even worse than the first! I ordered salmon off the main menu, what I received (later than the rest of my table I may add) was a Fatty tail scrag end of what was a former piece of salmon burnt to a crisp and dry, on fridge cold undressed potato salad, an undress wedge of iceberg lettuce and no dressing! After complaining to the management, they reordered the salmon, after 20 minutes my dish came back with a fillet of salmon ok cooked with added extras which were not even on my first dish, yet should have been according to the menu, dressing was so acidic on the salad it was like eating battery acid. Have driven past many times over the years and have to admit thought this place was a bit dodgy. So was pleasantly surprised when we went here for a family celebration dinner during the week. Used a 2 for 1 voucher. Meals were obviously pub food but still very nice. Place was pretty full, yet didn't have to wait long for our meals. Reasonable bar prices - love that! Friendly staff. Recommend!!!
Probably more suited to the punters - has a lot of pokies and large TAB area.
There is a restaurant and the food is pretty good / well priced although the service and quality is not always of a high standard. Probably more suited to tradies catching up over a beer than family gatherings.
