With the death of my first pet Lola, I phoned around and choose Pets At Peace as they came across as being the most helpful, professional and very understanding at a time of intense grief, when I was very upset with the death of my much loved pet.
My vet only recommends Pet's at Peace & also assured me that the ashes I receive will be the ashes of my pets.
Since then my Diva passed away and more recently my jazz, my choice each time has been with Pets At Peace.
When Jazz passed away I asked whether they could open Diva's urn so Jazz can have his final resting place with Diva, which they agreed to do.
Nothing is too much trouble for them and though every contact has been by phone I felt I was speaking to an old friend.
I have no hesitation in highly recommending their services.
Telephone service was terrible. Didn't know price and had to ask. Very insensitive to my needs. Then receive call and hang up from number I called. Not very good service and don't believe receptionist knew what she was talking about... Looking for comfort and received childish behaviour. Would NEVER recommend to anyone.
