They refused to let us see where they groom the dogs. From what is visible, it looks very damp, and with dirty towels on the floor. Against our better judgement, we decided to get the dogs groomed there as another place was full. My female dog came back timid and was scared of everything. My male dog came back with sore red patches everywhere, especially between the pads of his feet. Horrendous service. Will never return. If you love your dog, don't take them here.
Terrible experience. Last time I was told to book for a "full groom" so I could show them a photo of how I wanted my little dog to look. I came in with the photo and asked them to leave his hair long and don't trim his tail. They agreed to it, but when I collected him after waiting an extra 30 mins he was shaved to the skin and they trimmed his tail. Not only did they not apologise, but they also accused me of not telling them correctly how I wanted him to look. I had given them a photo for reference and I explicitly told them I wanted his hair and tail long. I am very disappointed. Never going to go there again. .
Had an appointment at 9am got there 10 mins early was told to pick up my little dog at 11 am, just before 11 am I get a call that time has changed to 12:30 I ended up having breakfast and lunch while I was waiting. I arrived at the shop at 12.30 and I waited till 1.15pm I noticed while I was waiting all these other groomed dogs leaving the shop to customers, I was very disappointed because when I arrived there in the morning my little dog was the only dog there. I will never go back.
