I wouldn’t recommend buying so much as a water bottle or bowl for your pet here.

Guinea pigs were living with a rabbit in a too small enclosure (rabbits often carry diseases that are deadly to guinea pigs) without any hay (unlimited hay supply is vital for both animals)

Rat cages were far too small for any more than a baby mouse, let alone the dozen or so young rats they had housed in them.

The fish were by far the worst. All in tanks far too small and massively overcrowded. One Betta/fighting fish had fairly severe fin rot, and in another (incredibly overcrowded and painfully small) tank one fish was dead with chunks of his body missing, and caught on a plant leaf by his intestines while other fish took bites out of him

I couldn’t bring myself to even buy the food bowl I went in for. Take your money elsewhere.

My experience could not be worse: they sold me mice in a cage that was not mouse-proof and they escaped in the house! when i returned the cage they refused to refund the money! I am still waiting for a refund and they are going to sell that cage to new unsuspecting customers. I since found out that their prices are up to three times higher than in other shops.

This pet store is smelly and messy and the pets are not kept as they should be. For example, I saw a guinea pig kept with mice! Also, while I was there, A budgie was let loose and one of the dogs almost ate it and the worker almost stepped on it. I would not trust the health of the pets at this store! The poor things.
