I was in the store today to buy a harness and lead was told it had to be fitted but no staff were interested in helping brought the products because I needed them only seem interested in serving the well dressed and speaking customers. Remember us tradies have money. Treat every customer well i won't be back
Discovered this gem of a pet shop today on the way home. Has some really different and interesting products and staff really seemed to know what they were talking about - very rare! Thanks for your help, I will be back!

Our two springer spaniels have had separation anxiety and we've tried so many different methods to try and fix it. We have had several visits to Pets Unleashed to find products that would help fix the problem and each time the staff were really helpful - and offered advice on solutions (AND not all their offered solutions meant buying a product - they really wanted to help us and our dogs!). I just wanted to say thanks for the help (we're still working on our little problem) but we'll be back. Love the service and the shop.
Let me preface this comment by saying that I support local small businesses but in this case I cannot. This is a local store for us and I was recently very disappointed with the service.

Firstly, let me introduce myself as the owner of Pets Unleashed. I am sorry to hear you were not happy with the service you received. We are accustomed to receiving positive feedback , so it came as a surprise. I realise my apology may not go far enough to encourage you back to our store, but please accept its sincerity. I am glad the supplier has agreed to a refund. They phoned us after you contacted them and we explained the situation and asked them to look into it. We have learnt over time that in certain circumstances direct contact by the customer can result in a better outcome in obtaining a refund when it is not an obvious manufacturing fault with the product. I take it on board that we did not explain the process and our reasoning for this approach adequately . With respect to your experience with our staff member I will speak with them about this. We have never had a complaint about this staff member and indeed the opposite is the norm. Best Regards, Sarah.
