Having to deal with PFR was one of the worst experiences my partner and I have ever had. We had to deal with the most arrogant, rude, obnoxious agent and by the time we bought the house, we didn't really want it because knowing they made commission off us made us feel sick.
We tried to put in an offer and the agent rejected it on the spot without even putting it to the client. We told the agent that they need to put it to the client but we were told that the client pays their wages, not us. Excellent point there but the client won't be paying you out of their pocket money and as there house was already on the market for 3 months at that point, I'm sure they would have liked to sell it.
