I also found one staff member to be extremely rude on several occasions. Unfortunately it was the store manager, she was aggressive and argumentative in her interactions with me. I do not feel comfortable shopping at this store as I found her irrational behaviour to be very intimidating. This must be disappointing for the owner of this branch.

We moved into the area nearly 2 years ago and have always found your staff to be friendly, helpful and polite. I was diagnosed with breast cancer in August last year and have had medication prescibed to me that I had never taken before. Your staff were always careful to explain the medication to me and the possible side effects. Becuase I was having chemo, I wanted specific qualities in body washes and moisturisers and your staff were wonderful in helpiing me choose the right product for my situation. I buy a lot of supplements and find your prices much cheaper than most of the "big name" chemists. And your "specials" really are SPECIALS. Keep up the good work.

Twice they were rude to us, once across the store. Once for buying cough syrup and the other for mersyndol. We only really go here for convenience otherwise we definitely wouldn't go back. It's just annoying when you're sick and getting the third degree about your medicine.
