We have used these guys for the 6 years we've been in business in Wembley as well as for years previously in a residential property we rented in Cottesloe.
We've honestly ALWAYS had friendly, efficient and fantastic service from them EVERY time and feel like they almost drop everything to help us out!
On top of this we are always confident there charges will be hugely reasonable. Love that I don't need to anticipate a freaking heart attack when I open their invoice!
We would never consider using anyone else!

The pilot light on our water heater went out and I tried to relight it with no luck. The guys at Phil Johnson Plumbing and Gas came over and got it working and diagnosed the problem. The old heater was so old (15 years) that it was actually rusted and leaking a bit - onto the pilot. They recommended replacement. I decided to be conservative and to wait and see if the problem recurred - and it did. So after 2 weeks of intermittenet cold water an restarting the pilot several times myself, I called them back and had the old heater replaced. What I got was fast, friendly, very reasonably priced service. He even took the initiative to make sure the new heater was not directly settled onto the pavement (like the previous onr had been which led to extensive rusting at the base). I would defintley recommend them and will use them again if needed.
I found Phil via a recommendation from a work colleague. I was looking for a quote to have a sink installed in a toilet within a fairly short timeframe.
He was extremely friendly, practical, prompt and did a GREAT job. He was very reasonably-priced, on top of all that ($200 less than another plumber I have previously used but who had indicated he would need to pull up paving - whereas Michael was more lateral-thinking).
I firmly believe in the power of reviews to assist in my decision-making when looking to engage businesses. This is the first time I have genuinely considered not providing a review, simply because I don't want him to be too busy to assist the next time I need him.
