Hypnotherapy is therapy performed with the client, at least some of time, under hypnosis. When you arrive you will be given a questionnaire about basic matters such as your health history and whether you have been hypnotised before. The therapist will then ask you more questions in order to get to the root of the problem. Some issues require a great deal of dialogue before the hypnosis is performed.
