Clinical Psychology Therapy ServiceJames Phillips commenced working in the area of mental health in 2000 and has been practicing as a Clinical Psychologist since 2006.
James has extensive experience in helping people with a broad range of psychological problems, having worked in Community Mental Health Teams for over 8 years prior to commencing private practice in 2013.
James' primary therapy approach is Cognitive Behaviour Therapy. He also practices Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy and the application of Neuroscience in Psychotherapy. You will find him to be a professional, ethical and genuinely empathic therapist who will listen to you without judgement.
