I went last night to Pho Noodle for a meal with a friend. The staff were polite and helpful with suggestions when asked. The place was quite empty when we arrived, but had filled more by the time we left (I would say 2/3rd's full). We were served quickly after ordering. I would say we had our food in 10 mins. The food was lovely, fresh, hot and exactly how it should taste for your normally-fragrant & aromatic Vietnamese cuisine. We shared the Salt & Pepper Soft Shell Crab, which was delightful! Full of flavour and completely moreish! We also had the 'make your own' beef rice paper rolls. Again, all the ingredients brought to our table were super fresh, crisp and tasty! Happy to recommend Pho Noodle for a nice dinner or lunch. The food was reasonably priced for how good it was. We will be back for more soft shell crab in the future :) #reviewtowin
Went here and had the combination DIY rice paper rolls. This was food value at $30 between 2 people; we received several rice paper rolls, grilled pork, sugar cane prawn, spring rolls , vermicelli and a variety of vegetables, all of which were fresh and well cooked. If I were to improve this meal it would have been with fresh prawns rather than sugar cane and a variety of dipping sauces not just the light chilli sauce, but overall it was an enjoyable meal.
Service was also fast and attentive. The interior needs a bit of work to bring it up to date but overall is presentable. When I looked around most people were having the Pho so I will reserve that for my next visit!
Mind blowing deliciousness. Food is clean, tasty & superbly delicious. From the wings, to the soft shell crab, to the seafood spring rolls. The Pho, simple, elegant and delicious. The DIY wraps, with sizzling beef or pork are to die for. This place is now one of our regulars, staff are friendly and attentive prices are more than reasonable. Is one of my favourite sydney restaurants.
Lived near this restaurant for years since it opened and I just never went. I didn't really know what Pho was, plus there are a few of my favourite restaurants in the same shopping strip, and for some reason I thought it was once of those cheap cafe style restaurants. Well it is cheap, and I still don't know what Pho is as it was a stinker of a day and I wasn't eating anything soup-like out of a steaming bowl.
But this restaurant now joins my favourites list. They have a great mix of Chinese and Vietnamese dishes such as San Choy Bow, Crepes, Pho, BBQ and its not cafe like at all. Its maybe not as plush as some restaurants, but still very pleasant. The food was great, the waiter was great, the place was great and the price was great. We'll be back... lots.
