Pho Pasteur
Very few people walk into a Vietnamese restaurant and not recognise anything on the menu. Most of us have preconceived ideas about Vietnamese food and it is not often that we are wrong. There are no surprises at Pho Pasteur. Efficient service and tasty food that is reasonably priced or cheap amongst décor that is easily recognisable is what we have come to expect from our local Vietnamese restaurants. This restaurant is no different. Whether it be takeaway or dinning in Pron Prohm satisfies the locals.

My friends' and I go to pho place in Parramatta. The staff are really friendly and the pho is cheap and good. I find their soup a bit more mild on the herbs and spices, but still really tasty. They also make a huge range of rice, vemicilli and main dishes and serve a variety of Asian drinks e.g. avocado shake, coconut juice.
This place is quick and reliable if your craving vietnamese. It use to be Pho Ben for many years but then switched over to Pho Pasteur. The menu is extensive like most vietnamese restaurants with all the favourites. I highly recommend the crispy noodle dishes. Food comes out in 5-10 mins. Bring cash,
Went to Pasteur last night, we were keen to order so we asked for the beef noodle soup. Little did we know there are 3 types of beef noodle soup. We wanted the rare one but was served the cooked beef noodle soup containing chunks of beef surrounded by fat - Yuk! .OK it was partially our fault for not being specific but they should always check these things before serving.
