Another favourite, this restaurant is a great place to drop in for a quick meal. For the prices they're asking, you can't expect a fine dining experience, but the food is plentiful and usually delicious (if you're not too adventurous). Some nice touches are the interior decor which they've decked out in bamboo, giving it a quaint feel. You are usually served complementary rice crackers to snack on before your meal arrives, and we've found we don't get through them before our meals are ready and on our table! Definitely try the spring rolls with nc chm, and we like the honey prawns :-)
I had a meal here 3 years ago and it was not too bad. Friday night was the WORST meal I have eaten(partially). The sauce for the Quail was brought out with powder NOT mixed through. It was sent back and came back out with a similar problem( not as bad.) The other meals tasted like a cheap sauce. They were very heavy and did not finish cleanly. The meat was tough. YUCK, it was gross and disgusting. Add this to the poor service and no interest in our complaint. There was also the fact that we noticed one guy was smoking in the kitchen when we went to get our car from around the back. Do not go there !!!!
