Pho Tam as the name suggests are known for their Pho, Vietnamese rice noodles and they're pretty good at it. However, the store is always packed and it can be hard finding a seat during lunch time and on the weekend. Recommend: Beef and chicken Pho. Something different: Bun Bo Hue
This restaurant ticks all the right boxes for a great restaurant. They serve fresh, delicious and visually appealing dishes. The staff are friendly and provide quick no-fuss service. I like to ask for extra sauces and they are more than happy to oblige. I have come here roughly 15 times and on each occasion I walk out full and happy. Probably the best Vietnamese in Footscray, or Melbourne!
First I have to say that I know the owner of this business - Mr. Tranh, and he's a champion. So I have docked them half a star because I know them, just in case that influences me, and also because the decor is quite plain.
