Phoenix Chinese Restaurant

I came here with my family and we were seated right away. The customer service was fast and great ! The food was spectacular ! I will definitely be coming back here soon !!

I Went to this restaurant on Saturday with friends. We ordered banquet each and drinks. The food was so so especially the fried rice was very dry and lemon chicken was oily and not delicious. But the worst thing happened to us at the end when we asked for the bill and showed them the 25% off total bill voucher from Entertainment book. They refused to use this voucher saying that it was not applicable for banquets. However I have never ever had any problems with using Entertainment book vouchers in other restaurants in Melbourne. Plus it didn't show on the voucher any restrictions. So it was very disappointing experience. In this restaurant they don't know what customer service and customer satisfaction are. My friends and I would never ever go there again and absolutely don't recommend it.#reviewtowin

After "misplacing" our take-away order, we finally got home to find barely warm, uncooked food they had rushed instead of a simple apology! We returned with the dodgy meal only to be told no refunds! The staff were so rude to us i couldnt believe it.

Had take away for dinner and can say the worst Chinese we have ever had. Food was bland! Presentation poor. We will never return to the Asian Palace.

Lovely place, really nice decor, food is excellent.

On two occasions when taking a table for two, I have noticed some of the wait staff seem more interested in turning over a table than providing really good service. Haven't gone with a large group as of yet, so it could be very different.

Definately visit again!
