Only buy from this store if you’re willing for the product to break on the 29th day of use and not be covered. On Sunday 3/02/2019 at around noon I visited your Chadstone Store and was extremely appalled with the interaction with your Store Manager. Two months prior I purchased two watch wrist bands. They both ended up becoming faulty and unable to utilise after only a couple of wears. I explained that the first wrist band continued to fall off with the pin on one side becoming loose even after tightening. I stopped using this band in concern that I would lose my apple watch. I switched to the white wrist band only to have the stud come away from the band on the second use. It was obvious from the condition of the bands that they had not been mishandled or worn often at all. This place is horrendous. Came here to get my screen repaired and a glass cover put on. They charged me $180, then over the next few days i noticed my battery was dying very quickly which was odd as it was fine prior. A few days later my touch screen stops working completely but i was overseas and unable to go back there so had to fix it again at a different place (who told me the screen was defective) and also had to replace the battery! Terrible workmanship and absolute theivery. Would avoid at all costs!
