I don't normally write reviews but the customer service provided by "Peter" was exceptionl so I think it needs to be mentioned somewhere. I had problems receiving my phone card by email and he went above and beyond by helping me fix my email client and settings on my computer.
A+ for customer service and quality of calls. I am using the "Call Anywhere" phone card to call my mum in Vanuatu because my mum does not know how to use chatting apps like WhatsApp and Viber. This card has a Painless dialing feature so I don't have to enter the long PIN that is typical for most phone cards. Ask to speak to Jade or Peter if you ring them and they can organise a phone card to be emailed to you. Alternatively, just buy it on their website like what I did.
I was reading the last posters review and diaagree. I bought their $10 Easy Calling phone card to call the US and UK and at 1.5 cents per minute and could not finish the credit on my phone card and still had about $7 afer 6 months. I rang their customer service on this website and they said that if I recharge the card even after it had expired the credit is added to the recharge amount so I dont lose the unused credit. How this help!
Just recharged my phone card that I use to call India with with these guys for the 16th time today. Everything including the first purchase was instant and there is no waiting. Line quality on calls are Chrystal clear. I just discovered that my phone card has a PINless dialing feature so I don’t even need my PIN to make a call!
