Shockingly bad tech support, is all I can say. I've had the displeasure of dealing with this company's products at several hospitality venues, and it is always the same story. Phonecontrol will get the initial sale, then once you're passed on to tech support, it takes several calls (and often a few days) for them to get back to you with lots of "um"ing and "ah"ing and a raft of excuses why they can't offer you the features you were sold on, and - my favourite - why it isn't their fault!
