Bad time management and rude!!
Made a booking for a haircut at 1:30pm, arrived there a little bit early but still had to wait for a while. After waiting for more than 1/2hr I checked with the younger hairdresser (who's going to cut my hair but was still cutting someone else hair) if she could cut my hair on time because I had to leave at 245pm for work, she said it should be ok.
By 2:10pm, she started to wash my hair, the older hairdresser was not happy, asking why she didn't start with the other two clients first, who arrived after me.
