I go here occassionaly for massage after 2 lots of back surgery (Microdisctomy and revision Md) BUT NEVER AGAIN. 1st visit last week was good - $69 for approx 1/2 hr gentle massage to help relieve sciatic nerve pain and felt halfway normal after. Booked 2nd appointment for Friday and shocking is the only way I can describe. Staff (not one had appt before who was "only relieving' in this ones words) was 20 mins late then just rubbed Flexall in and sent me on my way less than 5 minutes later. And charged $51. My partner does this for me at home with better results. As I can only work 4 hrs/day and do not qualify for any govt assistance this is more than a days wage for me.
Having a permanent injury I feel pain all the time but to be taken advantage of like this is just wrong and totally un-professional. Hopefully my complaint to their Head Office will be taken seriously (When they ring me back). I will be sure to give an update when/if they do.
