Physiotherapy Centre

Actually I have received nothing but first class service and treatment whenever I have been in need of a physio - they are very flexible with appointment times and go out of their way to do what they can to help, customizing treatment options so I (and others) feel comfortable. They also do discounts sometimes for elder patients, young kids (my granddaughter loved going) and people down on their luck, which you never experience anymore these days. Everyone who works there is lovely and professional and I would recommend them to anyone. My husband agrees whole-heartedly! The other gentleman must have been having a bad day.

This physiotherapist's practice involves leaving you lying on the table with a hot pack and/or hooked up to an electric current machine, while running between two other clients. Even worse was when the machine had finished running and the physiotherapist was having a loud chat rather than returning to their client.

All of this running between clients meant that they did not spend enough time with me to diagnose the cause of my pain. The next physio I went to did that.

The one star is because they are actually quite a nice.
