I've been coming to Piafs for almost 16 years, and I have never been let down in that time! I was introduced to the girls by my mum who brought me in one day, and I've been a loyal customer since then. Nita is great! She's truly a gem! She knows my skin sensitivity and what hair removal products to use on each area. I have very sensitive skin so it's great to know I can come in and they'll make sure I'm well looked after. I've been to other beauty salons owing to time and travel restrictions - but none give me the customer satisfaction and individualised treatment of Piafs's. Nita wears many hats in her role: from beautician to conversationalist to therapist, and is particularly adept at the art of distraction during the particularly painful wax moments hehe. I trust her judgement completely when it comes to my hair removal and consider myself a lifelong customer. I would strongly recommend Piafs to those looking for a reliable and personalised beautician. Two thumbs up!!
