Piano and Music Theory Tutor

I offer both Private Piano Tutoring lessons and Music of Theory Lessons. Piano Tutoring is an exciting concept where beginners (AMEB Grades 1-4) are offered an opportunity to enrich their Piano Lessons. It is often found that students do not practice well enough between Piano Lessons, which means that there is a slower learning rate, as well as frustration during practice. A Piano Tutor tutors a piano student once a week between regular piano lessons as an inexpensive way of reinforcing the concepts from the previous lesson and making sure students finish their homework in time for the next Piano Lesson. This concept means students are assessed on their progress between lessons, in order to be able to progress further in the next lesson.

I also offer Theory of Music Lessons and will base my Lessons off AMEB approved workbooks. This is a much cheaper alternative than taking time off Piano Lessons for Theory Instruction. I will contact and negotiate your child's Piano Teacher when i believe your child is ready for their Theory Exam and will provide all Revision Notes personally compiled and written.

Rates are $15/half an hour for Piano Tutoring and $20/half an hour for Theory Lessons.

All lessons will be held in the Epping area.
