PICA Bar & Cafe (Perth Institute of Contemporary Arts)

I love this place. Always has a good vibe and right in heart of cultural district near the museum and library etc.

Basically this is the cafe that is attached to the Perth Institute of Contemporary Art. Okay, it calls itself a bar, but in reality it is more of a cafe, or at least in my mind it is a cafe. Okay, the do serve alcohol, and I even had a beer while I was here, but that had more to do with the time than anything else. Still, this place was nice, though not hugely appealing. It was a good location in the heart of the cultural district though.
