Don’t use Picadilly car park… They charge you twice and cause you to jump through so many hoops to get a refund, it’s not worth the trouble ... The only way of getting out of the car park is to pay twice and then Dale a 1300 number ... You’ve got to wait ages in order to get onto the 1300 number… It’s a nightmare
For me, Picadilly Car Park is in my list of the quite challenging carparks in the city of Sydney. Despite having one of the most central and convenient parking spots in the CBD, the lower parking rate in this building pretty much confirms it.
To enter the car spaces underground, you would have to go through the round-and-round path that is very tight for a typical driver. You would have to be extra careful and extra slow, as you can already see the side walls filled with scratches and dents.
If you think you get away with going in and finally get into the tight car spot, then you might also want to extend your luck when you are getting out as you will go through another circular way out to the top.
If you think you can handle it, then this car park is probably one of cheapest out of the bunch in the city, with flat weekend parking. The opening hours is not too extensive, though.
