Hi Lyn, we have aready discussed this matter through your facebook review. As discussed we have offerred you a full refund in good will which is our customer policy available to all. We enjoy a thriving and happy client base, extremely satisfied with our products and service 99% of the time and our door is open to you - the 1% to come in and receive your refund according to our company policy, so your disappointment may be reversed to happiness. We are sorry for any inconvenience you may have endured due to any miscommunication and again our door is open to you at your convenience to rectify this matter. We simply ask that you discontinue your false claims on social media as this seems unnecessary under the circumstances as the flowers sent to you were not "half dead" in the picture that we recieved by you nor have you been in multiple times with other returns. With due respect we now consider this matter resolved.

You have never offered a refund. When I spoke to you, as you did not call me ( as your staff member promised) you in fact argued about the flowers being good enough. The matter is not resolved.
