Pickering Smash Repairs

Took my work vechicle in for a minor repair through toyota insurance, the service was good, finish of the work was disapointing. I had them do a couple extra bits to stop areas I had damaged from rusting as well. Problems were:
-ridges of paint left from masking tape on edge of bonnet
-looks like they brushed area on edge of bonnet were they must have scratched it putting it on -sun visor fitted incorrectly after taking it off
-some areas on roof gutters have had paint buffed off back to primer
-runs in paint on rear door jamb and also paint buffed of in jamb as well, sad because that was the area I wanted painted to stop it rusting.

I did not bother to take it back as I need the vehicle for work. I will have it fixed properly elsewhere

Great job fixing up my 2005 Honda Accord Euro. Couldn't believe my eyes as to how good the car looked after they fixed it. First time I got my car fixed up at a smash repairer so expectations were low but definitely exceeded my expectations. Car looked just like when I bought it second hand in 2008. There was a miscommunication around the price where I thought the price was including the insurance excess but the quoted price was on top of it - so it hurt when I had to pay the bill but this is probably my fault. Great job Rob and team

Probably the best service and workmanship I have experienced from a smash repairer. Panels are straight, paintwork is faultless, car delivered on time. Communication was pretty good too, only one occasion I had to chase them up. Will definitely use them again.

The job did take a bit longer than first estimated but the results were fantastic and Pickering's did look after me by doing that little bit extra so thanks guys and nice job onmy car.

Have taken my car here two times. First time was through my insurance, no issues at all. Second time for a private quote. I got four quotes in the area and Pickering were the cheapest by $300-500. They were always very helpful when I had any questions and did a great job with repairs.
