Picnics Takeaway

Iced Chocolate was the order. They used a powder dissolved in about half a cup of hot water. The staff got the container and half filled it with ice. I asked staff to take out at least half of it as I wanted a milky drink not a watery one. Staff tipped out about half of what I'd wanted out, put the chocolate mix in and then walked out the back. Staff didn't realise that I could see when that staff opened the freezer and grabbed a handful of ice out of a bag and put it in the cup! When staff came out I fronted about it and asked for my money back, at which time the person I'm guessing was the management told the staff to take out the ice and do it as I'd asked. I couldn't believe that staff had done that. I should have insisted that I get my money back. instead of accepting the not so nice drink anyway. I will not be going back to a place where the staff do something that they know the customer does not want.
