Sorry guys, I found my dealings with you were very poor to say the least
After an inspection a quote was given with 2hrs labour. When the work was to be carried out I was charged 2hrs labour while they worked out (re-quoted) how they were going to do the job next time they came back as their first inspection quote idea failed. I was given another quote of $535 which was double the original. I accepted this as I thought that there must be double the work in the new idea. I was wrong, they were only there for 2hrs again. I was being charged for their first visit that failed. I was was told there was NO way I could run the wires where i would have liked them run so I reluctantly agreed to very ugly external conduit (they also ran some twin & earth for my sparky to use later on pool table lights). We only proceed after scope of works is discussed and fully agreed with our clients, plus all we do is covered by a warranty. The job we did for is not an exemption!
You only risen this issue upon request for a way overdue payment, two months after the job was done, apparently as an excuse not to pay. Never mentioned a thing of any wrongdoing before. That was the only time we managed to contact you. You never responded our calls or messages were we reminded you of the warranty and offered to revise the so said failed works. You never gave us a chance to see and prove anything that you said, or even to rectify for free under warranty if that was the case.
We understand, nobody likes to being chased for due bills, and you are not an exemption!
picture perfect did an absolutely amazing job. mounted my tv to the wall exactly where I wanted it and also gave me a new antenna to fix all my problems with my picture. great price, great servicing and job and excellent customer service and extremely happy with there service and would recommend them to anyone.
I'd been putting up with dodgy picture quality for years when it was analogue and now we are digital I had pixelation especially when there was rain around. So I rang around and wasn't that impressed with the attitude and help of most until I called these guys. Very helpful and good advice and a job well done. Thanks guys.
I am writing to you to express how pleased I was with the service I received from your company. I rang to enquire about a digital antenna to replace my old antenna that was falling apart. I spoke to Adam on the phone and he was very friendly and helpful in explaining what he thought I might need. On the phone I arranged for an installer to come out to do a free quote for me. Shayne came out the following day and shortly after was able to explain to me the problem and give me a quote to fix it. I was very impressed with his manner and knowledge, I gave the go ahead on the spot and Shayne was able to do the work there and then. Thanks for all the friendly advice and professional work.
