I normally buy from you're shops but I have to say that a soggy droopy almond croissant - is not a croissant .. You're coffee is great but you're pies and pastries need to be bought to room temperature BEFORE heating in the oven - the fat content in the pastry just ends up a soggy mess otherwise instead of flaky and puffed up - you wish to be a prosperous company - please heed this advice . Thank you .
