Terrible experience. I lived in Esperance for 18 years and have always had such wonderful times at the restaurant in the Pier complex until now.
We made a reservation for four people for 6:00pm. There was a queue ordering but it was processed at a great speed from the lovely staffs serving the counter. We were told the pizza may come out 5 to 10 minutes earlier than the other 3 meals and we said this was fine. We received 3 meals within 15 minutes but not ...read more
have been to the Pier for Pizza may times and always very much enjoyed it. Would highly recommend!
I agree, the pizza was lovely. I wouldn't have minded the wait so much if they'd simply said, "sorry about the wait" or offered my little one a free drink of lemonade or SOMEthing to appease the situation. Instead the staff butted in and started yelling and swearing at me! Still pretty shocked at the whole event to be honest!
