Pierrot's; Hair Studios

Pierrots Kalamunda has come along way over the past few years, Julia and her staff absolutely provide amazing service in a beautiful salon. Julia's attention to detail and love of her talent is truely inspiring and shows on her clients as they walk out the door! She will go above and beyond to make sure i leave feeling like the very best version of myself everytime. Nothing is to much trouble for Julia and her staff.

I love going to Pierrot's Kalamunda - they really spoil you with the head massage and essential oils, plus tea. Also (and this is most important for me) at least two of the hairdressers really know their way around curly hair - this is a rare skill in Perth! My mother and sister both go to Pierrots as well, and they love it.

I was quoted $210 for a cut, colour and blowdry for long hair over the phone. During the 3 hours I spent there, I did not ask for any special service which might have had a charge attached to it, everything they said was 'complimentary'. When I went to pay the management, said the total amount was $235. I told them that I had been quoted the cheaper price, which they simply ignored and charged me the full amount anyway. While I was there I felt largely ignored - everyone kept walking past me while I was waiting for someone to pay me some attention! That is after all why you go into a salon! I would say all up I would have sat there waiting for someone for close to an hour. I really like the hair care range but the experience at the salon was pretty average.

Just paid $55 for an "Anastasia Beverly Hills Perfect Brow" session and was completely annoyed with the service and lack of professionalism. I wasn't consulted on the process of why this gives such amazing results, I wasn't shown the result before leaving the salon and then when I looked in the mirror on returning to my car, I was gobsmacked that I had large areas of my eyebrows that had clearly been missed. Not much attention to detail and then I returned to the salon and the staff didn't even apologise for the inconvenience. I have had much better service elsewhere, I would not call them eyebrow specialists. So money not well spent on my behalf.

Overly priced ... simple trim. = $85.

Complimentry head massage was not good! been there three times, never can get the same girl, they have left! dissappointing
