Jo has been teaching Pilates since 2008
Is Polestar Trained in Mat Pilates with experience in rehabilitation, having worked with Physios for 3 years.
Pilates 101 has now collaborated with embody fitness at Coombabah where Jo will push you and encourage you in all aspects of Personal Training. Fitness Goals and weight loss or general workouts to maintain your current form.
All 45 min and hr sessions include Pilates classes every week! If you need massage or alternative treatments Jo combines all her expertise to meet your needs!!
