Pilates at St Ives

Pilates in St Ives was established in 2009 by Lisa Linton-Ffrost and was orignally organised to teach some local friends Pilates and Yoga.

Since then we have grown the business to accomodate private lessons and small groups at our private studio in St Ives Chase. Our clients like the personal touch and the one on one instructing.

Come and try a class at our peaceful and private studio. Private lessons are $40 per hour or bring a friend and reduce the cost. Classes are designed for all levels of fitness and age groups. We open between 9.00 am and 1.00pm weekdays.

I teach a style of Pilates which I have developed during my 27 years teaching and performing Ballet. The classes are a combination of pilates, yoga and stretch exercises. Most of my clients are adults looking to build core strength, increase flexibilty, lose wieght and reduce stress.
